Intuition, a leading knowledge services provider, seeks a Senior Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth across Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore with a hybrid office schedule, you will identify opportunities, manage strategic relationships, and lead campaigns spanning e-learning, technology, and instructor-led offerings.

The role emphasizes solution selling to BFSI clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, with a strong emphasis on both accredited and non-accredited

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in e-learning or classroom sales.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Be a hunter, door-opener and cold caller.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proven experience in solution selling to the financial market vertical, both accredited and non‑accredited.
• Exceptional personal drive.
• Ability to work independently to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail.
• Experience of working in Hong Kong or Australia is a distinct advantage.
• Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Developing our existing accounts and inside wallets within the regional/global client base.
• Executing specific sales campaigns by prospecting, qualifying and closing opportunities.
• Delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects highlighting benefits of solutions.
• Developing accreditation and regulatory channels for learning solutions.
• Leveraging industry contacts to drive business development in APAC.
• Evaluating competition and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Liaising with senior management to define opportunities and optimize solutions.
• Travel to clients and attending networking events as needed.
