Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution, alliances, or partner management within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue through distributors and indirect sales channels.
• Strong understanding of the APAC partner ecosystem and enterprise technology market.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise SaaS/platform preferred.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple APAC markets and cultures.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic distributor relationships across APAC.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, sales strategies, and go-to-market initiatives with distributors.
• Drive partner-led pipeline, bookings, revenue, and new customer acquisition.
• Recruit, onboard, enable, and develop distributors and reseller partners across APAC markets.
• Build relationships with distributor leadership and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow and internal teams on account planning and pipeline.
• Drive partner enablement, campaigns, and channel programs.
• Monitor distributor performance, forecasts, and revenue against targets.
• Identify market expansion opportunities and improve partner coverage.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key distributors and growth plans.
