Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee partner-delivered services in APAC. You will act as the governance link between ServiceNow and delivery partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and customer outcomes.

You will monitor delivery performance, drive risk mitigation, and provide ongoing visibility to leadership. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate global teams across shifts and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery management within a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Experience managing partner performance through governance frameworks, scorecards, and business reviews.
• Proven ability to manage third-party performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner service delivery performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify risks, drive corrective actions and escalation processes.
• Provide visibility into delivery health to ServiceNow leadership with regular reporting.
• Coordinate governance cadence across geographies and partners.
• Ensure transition/mobilization milestones align with contracts and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and operating models.
