Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior leader to develop and strengthen its distributor and reseller ecosystem across APAC. The role requires deep experience with distributor-led and reseller-led go-to-market models, enablement motions, pipeline generation, and partner recruitment strategies.

You will recruit and enable partners, drive end-to-end sales engagements, and scale ServiceNow's footprint through the indirect channel.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 10+ years in sales or 7+ years in partner channel sales management or SaaS leadership in technology.
• Proven track record in distributor/reseller recruitment and ecosystem expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage distributors and resellers across APAC.
• Develop and execute reseller/distributor-led GTM motions to expand the ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements with partners and accelerate deal velocity.
