Job summary

Red Hat Asia Pacific is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management to lead the APAC TAM Practice in Singapore. You will oversee senior TAM Managers and ICs, shaping strategies with Global TAM leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You will partner with APAC Services LT and cross-functional teams to drive growth, renewals, and a scalable TAM delivery model across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership or management in a tech-services context.
• Experience leading a large, multi-country APAC organization.
• Proven ability to drive transformational change and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-country APAC TAM team and align with global strategies.
• Collaborate with APAC Leadership for GTM and growth initiatives.
• Grow TAM business as a core offering and drive renewals and customer success.
