GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an experienced EUS Lead to identify APAC business needs and translate them into fit-for-purpose digital workplace solutions, spanning Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, and endpoint management.

You will manage communications campaigns, drive adoption, and measure outcomes with senior stakeholders, ensuring governance and audit-ready documentation while scaling EUS delivery across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field; professional certifications advantageous.
• 8+ years in business analysis/engagement and digital workplace adoption in banking/financial sector is desirable.
• Ability to elicit and translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and user-centric designs.
• Strong exposure to digital workplace and end-user tech: Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, endpoints, remote access and collaboration tools.
• Experience managing enterprise portals and user engagement campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate feedback and usage data into improvements.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritise APAC business needs and translate into EUS services.
• Translate requirements into user-centric digital workplace services and coordinate design/UAT.
• Develop EUS communications strategies and governance-aligned messaging.
• Manage Modern Workspace portal; drive adoption of Copilot, Teams, and related tools.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and monitor adoption, satisfaction, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure engagement and communications comply with governance and audit requirements.
