Job summary

SMBC Group in Singapore seeks a senior Business Engagement & UX professional to collaborate with APAC business units, translating complex needs into actionable requirements and driving service design across the digital workplace. You will lead internal communications, adoption programs, and governance activities, delivering improvements in user experience, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Elicit and translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and user-centric service designs.
Document BRDs, user stories, use cases, process maps, and requirements tracesability.
Demonstrate ability to engage senior stakeholders and simplify technical content.

Responsibilities

Engage with APAC business units to understand context, pain points, and objectives.
Translate requirements into practical services and user journeys across the digital workplace.
Design and validate service features, workflows, and acceptance criteria; coordinate UAT.
Capture UX data and translate feedback into concrete service improvements.
Lead internal communications strategy and campaigns for IT initiatives.
Maintain the EUS communication calendar and ensure governance-compliant content.
Drive adoption programs and measurable improvements in user experience.
