Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an experienced EUS Lead to identify APAC business needs and translate them into fit-for-purpose digital workplace solutions, spanning Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, and endpoint management.

You will manage communications campaigns, drive adoption, and measure outcomes with senior stakeholders, ensuring governance and audit-ready documentation while scaling EUS delivery across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field; professional certifications advantageous.
• 8+ years in business analysis/engagement and digital workplace adoption in banking/financial sector is desirable.
• Ability to elicit and translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and user-centric designs.
• Strong exposure to digital workplace and end-user tech: Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, endpoints, remote access and collaboration tools.
• Experience managing enterprise portals and user engagement campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate feedback and usage data into improvements.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse, and prioritise APAC business needs, translate ambiguous requirements into fit-for-purpose EUS services, assess business value and feasibility, manage demand, and build trusted stakeholder partnerships through responsive engagement and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into user-centric digital workplace services, collaborate with service owners and engineering teams, coordinate solution design and UAT, and drive measurable improvements in end-user experience across endpoint, collaboration, remote access, trading, and productivity services.
• Develop and execute EUS communications strategies for key IT initiatives, deliver clear and engaging communication materials, maintain communication calendars and trackers, and ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging in accordance with governance standards and leadership approval requirements.
• Manage the Modern Workspace portal and drive adoption of Copilot, Teams, and other digital workplace tools through targeted engagement, onboarding, training, and structured change management, improving user satisfaction, productivity, and technology adoption while reducing repetitive support demand.
• Strengthen APAC business and IT stakeholder relationships, support senior management communications and briefings, and monitor engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and delivery metrics to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure business engagement, requirements, and communications comply with IT governance, risk, and regulatory standards while maintaining audit-ready documentation and developing reusable templates, FAQs, prompt libraries, and knowledge resources to support consistent, scalable EUS delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP/CCBA/IIBA, PMI-PBA, Prosci/change management, or ITIL) are advantageous.
• More than 8 years of combined experience across business analysis, business partnering/engagement, and/or internal communications and digital workplace adoption in banking/ financial institution
• Demonstrated ability to elicit and translate ambiguous or undefined business needs into clear requirements and user-centric service designs.
• Strong exposure to digital workplace and end-user technologies - Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, endpoint/device experience, remote access, and collaboration platforms; awareness of trading/market-data platform environments is a plus.
• Proven experience managing enterprise portals, communication campaigns, and user engagement/adoption initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex technical content into compelling business narratives.
• Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret user feedback, adoption, and experience data and convert insights into actionable improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives; a creative mindset with experience in multimedia communication (video, web, campaigns) is valued.
