SpaceXSI is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to grow revenue with advertisers and their agencies across Greater China and the APAC region. You will educate clients on X advertising products and design campaigns.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin for daily work with Greater China clients and internal stakeholders.
• 3+ years managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies.
• Strong grasp of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape.
• Ability to read performance data and adjust levers to improve results.
• Excellent client relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Clear communication and presentation skills; attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Educate and consult on advertising products, best practices, and campaign design.
• Execute, optimize, and analyze programs using internal tools and dashboards.
• Monitor revenue and pace client campaigns against targets.
• Partner with the Client Partner on retention, pitch support, and performance reporting.
• Resolve campaign issues quickly and improve the process behind them.
• Feed product and tools teams so the ads platform can scale.
• Maintain the book and a high-quality client and agency experience.
• Mentor new team members as the organization grows.
