Job summary

Nava is building Asia's next-generation AI Neo cloud platform and expanding its AI datacenter footprint across APAC. You will shepherd architectural design and leadership for massive-scale GPU infrastructure, collaborating with customers, engineering, and ecosystem partners to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable AI workloads.

As a senior technologist, you will drive end-to-end design decisions, guide multi-region deployments, and influence product directions while remaining deeply

Qualifications

• Deep systems architecture spanning compute, networking, storage, and cloud infra.
• Hands-on experience with advanced GPU infrastructure, HPC, or hyperscale platforms.
• Proven ability to resolve cross-stack bottlenecks and balance performance, reliability, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to strategic customers including CTOs and engineering teams.
• Translate workload, scale, performance, security, and availability requirements into scalable architectures.
• Design large-scale GPU infrastructure across compute, networking, and storage fabrics.
• Lead architecture workshops and produce high/low level designs and BOMs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape platform capabilities based on customer needs.
• Partner with GPU/server/networking vendors for integrated solutions.
• Drive lifecycle ownership from deployment to production readiness, addressing cross-stack issues.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and engineering patterns for scalability.
• Ensure security, observability, and SRE practices across regions.
