Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Program Director to lead front-end development for APAC data center opportunities, guiding projects from site identification through approvals. You will align cross-functional teams, manage governance, and present investment cases to executive forums.

Success requires strong leadership, extensive due diligence experience, and the ability to coordinate across development, finance, legal, and operations. Travel across APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex development, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in APAC markets, especially Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development lifecycle for APAC data center opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence, risk management, and investment approvals.
