Job summary

Aaru Labs in Singapore is seeking a Deployment Lead to manage client relationships from initial contact through long-term collaboration, delivering simulation-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with Aaru’s founders to serve a broad range of clients, applying cutting-edge predictive AI technology to diverse challenges across industries. This role is based in Singapore and requires in-person work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or strategic operations role at a high-growth startup with ownership of workstreams or client relationships
• Ability to shape unclear asks into crisp workstreams and deliver without hand-holding
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data, communicating findings clearly
• Willingness to work fully in-person in Singapore and interest in AI and global affairs

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end from discovery to long-term collaboration
• Represent Aaru in senior client settings with presence and polish
• Translate rough direction into client-ready outputs and deliver at speed
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track
• Identify and scope new engagement opportunities across industries
