Job summary

hyphen partners is seeking a Founding Deployment Lead to build a client-facing team in APAC. You will own client relationships end-to-end, from first conversation to deployment and long-term partnership, configuring tailored analyses and delivering simulation-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with founders across a wide range of clients, coordinating with engineering, product and commercial teams to keep deployments on track, while identifying new engagement

Qualifications

• Experience at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or strategic ops role at a high-growth startup.
• Ability to shape unclear asks into crisp workstreams and deliver without hand-holding.
• Strong analytical skills with data fluency and clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work fully in-person in APAC and engage with CEOs and C-suite executives.
• Experience across APAC markets, Python/AI tooling proficiency, or market research background adds weight.

A fast-growing AI company at the frontier of predictive intelligence is hiring their Founding Deployment Lead to build out its client-facing team in APAC.

As Deployment Lead, you'll own client relationships end-to-end — from first conversation to scoping through deployment and long-term partnership. You'll configure tailored analyses, deliver simulation-driven insight directly to senior stakeholders, and work side by side with the founders across a wide range of clients and problems.

This is a role for someone who operates independently at speed. You'll translate rough direction into client-ready outputs, coordinate across engineering, product and commercial teams to keep deployments on track, and identify new engagement opportunities across industries. Expect to sit in front of CEOs, CMOs and C-suite equivalents with the presence to make every interaction land.

• 4+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategic operations role at a high-growth startup — and you've owned workstreams or client relationships, not just supported them.
• Self-directed in ambiguity — you can shape an unclear ask into a crisp workstream, flag issues early, and deliver without hand-holding
• Strong analytical skills and can work fluently with complex data and communicate findings clearly in writing and in person
• Excited to work fully in-person in and bring genuine curiosity about AI and global affairs

Experience across multiple APAC markets, Python/AI tooling proficiency, a technical background, or a grounding in market research and consumer insights would all add weight.
