Job summary

Aaru Inc. is seeking a Deployment Lead to manage client relationships from initial contact through long-term collaboration. You will tailor analyses and deliver simulation-driven insights directly to senior client stakeholders, collaborating closely with Aaru's founders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or strategic operations role at a high-growth startup.
• Ability to shape unclear asks into clear workstreams and deliver without hand-holding.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings in writing and in person.
• Willingness to work fully in-person in APAC and be curious about AI and global affairs.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end from discovery through deployment and ongoing collaboration.
• Represent Aaru in senior client settings with presence and polish.
• Execute complex, high-quality deliverables independently and quickly.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Identify and scope new engagement opportunities across industries.
