Job summary

Aaru is seeking a senior consumer insights professional in Singapore to lead quantitative research design and predictive simulation conversations with clients. You will translate complex business questions into rigorous simulation designs, defend methodological choices, and partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure the highest standards are met in client engagements.

Qualifications

7+ years in consumer insights or market research with quantitative depth.
Experience presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Fluency in statistical reasoning, distributions, bias and validity.
Ability to challenge methods while defending solid approach.
Comfort working with AI-driven prediction concepts.

Responsibilities

Own the methodological conversation in the sales process and define evaluation standards.
Translate business questions into simulation designs and measurement criteria.
Design and interpret proof-of-concept evaluations with historical data where available.
Explain when simulation outperforms traditional methods and why.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Deployment to align sales and delivery standards.
Provide methodological narratives and validation records to client teams.
Contribute to Aaru's public methodological voice through publications and talks.
