Job summary

Aaru Labs in Singapore is seeking a Deployment Lead to manage client relationships from initial contact through long-term collaboration, delivering simulation-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with Aaru’s founders to serve a broad range of clients, applying cutting-edge predictive AI technology to diverse challenges across industries. This role is based in Singapore and requires in-person work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or strategic operations role at a high-growth startup with ownership of workstreams or client relationships
• Ability to shape unclear asks into crisp workstreams and deliver without hand-holding
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data, communicating findings clearly
• Willingness to work fully in-person in Singapore and interest in AI and global affairs

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Deployment Lead, you will manage client relationships at Aaru from initial contact through long-term collaboration. The Deployment team partners with clients to configure tailored analyses and deliver simulation-driven insights directly to senior client stakeholders. You will work closely with Aaru’s founders to serve a wide variety of clients, addressing an even broader range of challenges using the most exciting predictive technology since the astrolabe.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through deployment and long-term collaboration
• Represent Aaru in senior client settings — CEOs, CMOs, and C-suite equivalents — with the presence and polish to make every interaction land
• Execute complex, high-quality deliverables independently and at speed, translating rough direction into client-ready outputs
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track and clients well-served
• Identify and scope new engagement opportunities across industries

YOU MAY BE A FIT IF

• You have 4+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategic operations role at a high-growth startup — and you've owned workstreams or client relationships, not just supported them
• You're self-directed in ambiguity — you can shape an unclear ask into a crisp workstream, flag issues early, and deliver without hand-holding
• You have strong analytical skills and can work fluently with complex data and communicate findings clearly in writing and in person
• You're excited to work fully in-person in and bring genuine curiosity about AI and global affairs

STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO

• Have operated across multiple countries in the APAC region and can navigate the commercial, cultural, and regulatory differences between markets
• Have proficiency in Python or familiarity with AI tools and complex software
• Have a background in technology or engineering
• Have experience implementing and executing projects across long timescales
• Have a background in traditional market research and consumer insights (e.g., survey design, focus groups, quantitative/qualitative analysis, syndicated data sources) with a strong foundation in translating research findings into actionable business recommendations

LOCATION

This role is based in Singapore. Aaru is an in-person company, working 5 days a week in office. Candidates are expected to be located within the country or open to relocation.
