BAE Systems Geospatial eXploitation Products (GXP) seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive APAC growth across defence, intelligence and government customers. You will identify opportunities, build pipelines, manage partners and lead proposals through negotiation to contract award.

travel up to 50% across APAC, US, Europe and the Middle East, with hybrid working arrangements depending on location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in business development, sales, capture or account management within Defence, Intelligence or Government sectors.
• Proven track record of winning and growing complex technology, software or capability-based opportunities.
• Strong understanding of APAC defence markets and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated experience selling directly to government, defence and intelligence customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support regional growth.
