Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Bid Manager for the Data Centre Group APAC based in Singapore, with regional APAC support. You will lead end-to-end bid processes for IFM, engineering services, and data centre operations, coordinating across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and HR to deliver compelling, compliant proposals.

The role emphasizes strategic bid development, market insights, and collaboration with regional stakeholders to win high-value opportunities across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• APMP certification is preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission and contract award.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes, and submission plans with timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals.
• Manage tender clarifications, client interactions, presentations, and interviews.
• Drive proposal reviews, governance approvals, and lessons-learned sessions.
• Maintain bid quality standards, compliance, and submission deadlines.
