Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Bid Manager for the Data Centre Group APAC in Singapore. The role leads end-to-end bid processes, coordinating Sales, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, HR, and SMEs to deliver compelling, compliant proposals for IFM, PM, Technical Services, and Data Centre Operations opportunities.

The successful candidate will liaise with regional stakeholders, develop win strategies, and ensure proposals align with Cushman & Wakefield's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in bid management, proposal management, tender management, sales support, or business development.
• Experience supporting Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Project Management, Construction, Real Estate, or Data Centre sectors is preferred.
• APMP Certification preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle from qualification to submission, negotiation, and award.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes, proposal plans, and submission schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals.
• Manage tender clarifications, client interactions, presentations, and interviews.
• Drive proposal reviews, governance approvals, and lessons-learned sessions.
• Maintain bid quality standards, compliance requirements, and submission deadlines.
