Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's EIC Intern - Data Centre Operations (Singapore) offers hands-on exposure to critical data centre operations, client transitions, and operational readiness across APAC. Qualifications

• Pursuing diploma/degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Interest in data centre operations and facilities management.
• Able to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and account transition across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
• Track project milestones and readiness requirements for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders on readiness programmes.
• Develop, review, and maintain site SOPs and operating procedures.
• Document critical operational processes including safety, UPS, and LOTO.
• Validate assets in CMMS and update asset records.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations.
• Provide general admin and project support to Data Centre Operations.
