Job summary

Michael Page International in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Strategy Leader to drive APAC data center sales strategy, translating global priorities into a focused regional execution plan.

You will coordinate with local teams, brokers, and clients to advance opportunities, build market priorities, and position the firm as an engineering-led partner for data center resilience across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of business development, sales, or production experience.
• Experience in commercial property insurance or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC data center sales strategy from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with BDEs, regional managers, and operations to align pursuits.
• Develop market priorities across APAC with local engagement.
• Manage complex sales processes from engagement to closure.
• Build relationships with brokers and strategic partners.
• Achieve annual new business production and revenue targets.
