Job summary

Emerson seeks a Data Center Market Growth Lead for Asia Pacific to shape and execute growth strategies across the APAC region. You will drive large-scale data center initiatives, coordinating across Control Systems & Software, Measurement Solutions, and Final Control teams to advance opportunities.

Build a robust pipeline, foster relationships with owners, operators, developers, EPCs, and partners, and represent Emerson at conferences and events across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, data center infrastructure, critical facilities, or related industries.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder capital project sales pursuits.
• Strong understanding of data center market dynamics and project development lifecycles.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC data center growth strategy aligned with regional and business unit objectives.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits for large-scale data center projects, coordinating cross-functional teams (Control Systems & Software, Measurement Solutions, Final Control).
• Build, manage, and expand a qualified project pipeline across the region, with tracking and governance processes.
• Develop trusted relationships with data center owners, operators, developers, EPCs, consultants, and channel partners.
• Represent Emerson at industry conferences, customer events, and data center forums.
• Monitor competitive activities and market trends, providing market intelligence to regional and global leadership.
