Job summary

Emerson seeks a Data Center Market Growth Lead for Asia Pacific to shape and execute growth strategies across the APAC region. You will drive large-scale data center initiatives, coordinating across Control Systems & Software, Measurement Solutions, and Final Control teams to advance opportunities.

Build a robust pipeline, foster relationships with owners, operators, developers, EPCs, and partners, and represent Emerson at conferences and events across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, data center infrastructure, critical facilities, or related industries.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder capital project sales pursuits.
• Strong understanding of data center market dynamics and project development lifecycles.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.

Preferred:

• Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers, colocation providers, or enterprise data center operators
• Familiarity with software, automation, instrumentation, and control valve solutions
• Knowledge of sustainability, energy optimization, and digitalization trends in data centers
