Job summary

LVI Associates in Singapore seeks an experienced Head of Engineering to set the engineering strategy and governance for a rapidly scaling digital infrastructure platform across APAC. You will lead end-to-end engineering across data center development, balancing technical excellence with reliability, scalability, and alignment to business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mission-critical facilities, data centers, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering hyperscale, colocation, cloud, or mission-critical facilities across APAC.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's engineering strategy across APAC.
• Establish engineering standards, design guidelines, and technical governance frameworks.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Controls.
• Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and reliability.
• Oversee design development, reviews, and lifecycle deliverables.
• Partner with Development, Construction, Procurement, and Operations throughout projects.
• Provide technical leadership during contractor selection and value engineering.
• Lead root cause analysis and investigations for major incidents.
• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.
• Engage customers, consultants, contractors, utilities, and regulatory authorities.
