Job summary

LVI Associates Singapore is seeking a Head of Design (Data Centers) to lead end-to-end delivery of major data centre developments, from feasibility through commissioning and readiness for operation. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience leading design and delivery of large-scale data centre projects.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from planning to operation.
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems and commissioning.
• Knowledge of industry standards and cost management principles.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major data centre developments from feasibility to operation.
• Develop technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate design teams across architecture, engineering, building systems, and security.
• Establish design standards, governance, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, resilience and performance.
• Provide leadership during construction, testing, and handover.
• Manage regulatory approvals and stakeholder engagement throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and mentor design delivery teams with scalable processes.
