JLL in Singapore seeks an Electrical Lead Engineer (PM) with 15+ years of experience to lead the design, planning and delivery of electrical systems for infrastructure fit-out projects, ideally data centres, across the APAC region. You will act as technical lead, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing designs, coordinating with vendors, performing power system analyses, and ensuring compliance with codes

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE or CEng license preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in electrical design for infrastructure fit-out.
• Experience with data centres is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review, comment and align Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection drawings and design documentation using cloud platforms and ensure alignment with project standards.
• Attend design meetings and provide input to optimize design and minimize unnecessary work.
• Report issues, progress and blockers to the Technical Program Manager and Technical Lead.
• Provide technical support to designs for systems identified for off-site manufacture.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on designs and equipment, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Perform technical analysis and calculations for electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Use QA/QC tools to peer review design documents.
• Escalate design issues and ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Analyze designs in Revit/SolidWorks via BIM platforms for optimization.
• Maintain scope and log changes, including studies or presentations on cost/schedule impacts.
• Provide/update owner standard documentation as design improvements are made.
• Support thermal, hydraulic, CFD and acoustic studies.
• Ensure designs meet regulations and guidelines for APAC region.
• Provide admin support on project documentation and revision control.
