BYTEDANCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a DC Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end activities for data center capacity development.

The role involves market evaluation, strategy, and securing capacities to meet business demand while providing commercial aircover to delivery teams and supporting cross-functional investment decisions. The ideal candidate has a背景 in business/finance/engineering, 4+ years of related experience, and strong financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in relevant field.
• Experience in industrial/commercial land development.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel frequently on short notice.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the data centre industry.

Responsabilités

• Gather and evaluate market options, conduct investigations on key resources, devise strategies and eventually secure data center capacities to meet business demand.
• Provide commercial aircover to our delivery team to ensure timely delivery of capacity to our businesses.
• Work with cross-function colleagues, such as legal, tax, finance, GR, to make informed recommendations to senior management for data center investment, backed by our thorough investigation.
• Provide commercial aircover to support operational-related needs.
• Conduct rightsizing and optimization initiatives as and when required.
