Job summary

Bloomberg Singapore is hiring an Application & Technical Support Specialist for APAC to ensure the stability of DMS production services and client-facing support. The role combines operational monitoring, incident management, and hands-on troubleshooting across EDM and DL+ environments.

You will work with cross-functional teams, analyse data with SQL and Python, and help clients through complex issues, deployments, and integrations in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and data troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DMS production services and investigate operational issues.
• Support incident management across applications, jobs, alerts and client processing.
• Assist with production changes, deployments and post-deployment support.
• Perform health checks across DMS environments to ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate with R&D, SRE and Client Services on production investigations.
• Provide technical support for EDM and DL+ environments and integrations.
