TP Aerospace in Singapore is seeking a customer executive to support APAC customers, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of wheels and brakes for aircraft as per contract terms.

Based in Singapore, you will work with Program Managers to manage day-to-day customer needs, coordinate with global repair shops, and oversee service delivery plans to meet delivery commitments with quality. Training provided to learn all processes from scratch.

Formación

• Educational background in business, logistics, or technical disciplines.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in aviation, customer service, sales, logistics, or supply chain preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process exchange and lease orders.
• Process replenishment orders promptly.
• File transactions in Quantum IT system.
• Arrange pick-up and deliveries between program customers and TP Aerospace facilities.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with QA and Asset Managers on warranty cases.
• Report to management as required.
