Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a VP Customer Operations - APAC to lead the regional Customer Operations team and manage airline relationships, delivering improved fleet health and top-tier service.

Based in Seletar, this senior role partners with the Customer Team, Value Streams and Aftermarket Operations to deliver On-Wing and Off-Wing services, shaping world-class customer experience across Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Expertly managing customer stakeholders up to CEOs to ensure satisfaction.
• Mitigate risks to fleet health through close collaboration with overhaul bases and planning.
• Drive Experience Excellence to deliver top-tier Aftermarket Operations services.
• Lead a regional team of Customer Operations managers and airline support staff.
• Be an industry leader in the region within MRO and aviation networks.
