Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Account Manager for Aviation Material Services (APAC). The role focuses on coordinating material programs, AOG support, and site stock audits to maximize aircraft availability.

The candidate will manage retrofit campaigns, engage with service centers and customers, and develop KPIs to monitor performance across the APAC region. A degree in engineering or related fields and 2–3 years in aviation material support are preferred.

Qualifications

Engineering or related degree required.
2–3 years experience in aviation material support & services.
Knowledge of order taking, core return, retrofit, repair management and supply chain in aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Material Programs Management activities including AOG support, on-site stock audits and reconciliations.
Present updates on Material Support & Logistics at conferences and reviews.
Ensure compliance with visits and training for customers/service centers.
Coordinate global distribution of parts for Retrofit Campaigns and scheduling with service centers and customers.
Manage on-site stock inventory counts, audits and replenishment metrics.
Develop and monitor KPIs for Retrofit Campaigns implementation.
