Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a seasoned HR Transformation/OD professional to drive the One Company culture across APAC from Singapore. You will partner with Global Culture & Change, APAC HRBPs, and leaders to embed leadership behaviors and support transformation during PMI and integration efforts.

The role focuses on designing culture workshops, facilitating leadership development, and embedding culture principles into key HR processes while linking ESS insights to actions across the region.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years’ experience in HR with 1.5–2 years in Culture, OD, Change Management or HR Transformation.
• Hands-on delivery of culture or change initiatives across regional environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in APAC / multicultural contexts.
• Exposure to post-merger integration or large-scale transformation.
• Background in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support One Company’s culture rollout in APAC with localized actions.
• Design and facilitate culture, leadership, and team workshops.
• Lead ESS workshops to translate insights into commitments at team- and leader-level.
• Embed culture principles into people processes (performance management, leadership development, engagement initiatives).
• Curate and deliver Level Up Talks to reinforce leadership behaviours and change narratives.
