Job summary

BIT is seeking a results-driven APAC Sales professional to lead business development and client onboarding in the region. You will manage a portfolio of institutional and professional clients, develop market-specific strategies, and represent BIT at conferences and events.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings, maintain a robust pipeline, and translate client feedback into product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required in any field, preferably with business/finance exposure.
• Solid crypto industry experience and client network in APAC or globally.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and after-sales support.
• Drive business development and sales across the APAC region.
• Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies.
• Represent BIT at regional conferences and support brand promotion.
• Maintain a strong client pipeline and nurture existing relationships.
• Share client feedback to inform product features and customer experience.
