Job summary

BitGo is seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to own and drive the client onboarding function for our MAS-regulated Singapore entity. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, and off-boarding while mentoring an Onboarding Associate.

You will shape BitGo Singapore’s onboarding operating model and partner with Compliance, Sales, and Operations to balance regulatory requirements with client experience in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in client onboarding or KYB/AML ops in fintech/payments.
Strong MAS regulatory knowledge on KYB, beneficial ownership, and AML onboarding.
Experience supporting external audits or regulatory reviews.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
Proactive problem solving and process improvement mindset.
Mandarin language skills will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end with documentation and escalations.
Define and improve onboarding processes, workflows, controls and standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations and other teams to move cases forward.
Prepare onboarding materials and evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
Lead APAC onboarding function and mentor onboarding associate.
