Job summary

BitGo, based in Singapore, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical demos and guide customers through pre- and post-sales cycles, focusing on APAC. You will work with product, engineering and sales to translate client needs into technical solutions.

You will collaborate with SMEs, shape product features, and mentor stakeholders while representing BitGo in a fast‑growing, regulatory‑mitting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a client-facing and/or technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar).
• 5+ years experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, and trading.
• Prior experience in both pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities.
• Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and projects.
• Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and product demos through the pre and post sales cycles, driving technical workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and presentations to Executive sponsors.
• Manage continuous client relationships by understanding their business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs with understanding customer technical architecture.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management and Engineering Teams, contributing to the development of new product features.
• Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
• Clearly communicate client requirements to the Sales Team for their sales calls.
• Possess strong technical skills to explain APIs and create compelling technical demos.
