Job summary

BitGo in Singapore is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical demos, guiding customers through pre- and post-sales journeys and partnering with APAC teams to craft technical solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into architectures and communicate effectively with executives.

Applicants bring 5+ years in client-facing roles, blockchain/finance experience, and strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or related field.
• 5+ years in client-facing and/or technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, etc.).
• 5+ years experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, or trading.
• Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and projects.
• Experience collaborating on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and product demos through pre and post-sales cycles with executives.
• Manage ongoing client relationships by understanding business requirements and architecture.
• Collaborate with Directors, Product Management and Engineering on new features.
• Advocate for clients and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Communicate client requirements to Sales for calls.
• Explain APIs and create compelling technical demos.
