Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Director for Cross Border Payments Product in Singapore. You will lead the product agenda across Asia clusters, shaping client value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies while supervising delivery and client communications.

You will collaborate with Markets, operations, technology, and sales to expand FX flows, optimize processes, and maintain a strong risk and control environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in payments, cash management, SWIFT, FX, ecommerce and emerging payment flows.
• Strong knowledge of product management disciplines and investment processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve high-value business goals.
• Demonstrated experience driving innovation through data analytics and MI to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and drive client value propositions, pricing, targeting, and differentiation to win and retain clients.
• Supervise day-to-day product management including delivery and client communications.
• Lead commercialization across client segments, partnering with global product teams to enhance capabilities.
• Collaborate with Markets, sales, operations, and tech to streamline processes and strengthen risk controls.
