Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Product Manager for the Cross-Functional APAC Products team to own commerce products, including creator monetization programs, Live Shopping, and brand–retailer advertising solutions in APAC and globally. You will shape vision, roadmaps, and partner with business teams to land scalable outcomes.

You will lead engineers, designers, and data scientists, base decisions on data and market trends, and promote ethical AI practices while driving adoption and revenue growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related field.
• 2+ years in building commerce, ads, or creator monetization products.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Analytics or related field.
• Experience aligning with cross-functional teams to drive vision and milestones.
• Experience turning requirements into product solutions.
• Experience analyzing large data sets to guide decisions.
• Strong presentation and communications skills.
• Proven leadership, organizational and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant opportunities across our commerce products portfolio and drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, maintaining team health.
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps that scale globally.
• Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position to deliver products aligned with our mission.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team velocity.
• Promote AI-native, agile, iterative experimentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver impactful products.
