You will develop and execute creator-led marketing strategies across multiple products and campaigns, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with data science, insights, and regional marketing teams, plus hands-on experience with agencies, measurement, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in marketing, creator/influencer roles.
• Translating marketing strategies into creator-focused plans.
• Managing agencies and external partners.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding measurement methodologies and attribution.
• Proficient use of AI tools to improve strategy and execution.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with Indonesia creator ecosystem knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop creator-led marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end creator marketing campaigns across products and audiences.
• Partner with Data Science, Insights, and Analytics to define success metrics.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and creator partners.
