APAC Creator Operations Program Lead

Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology MNC to hire an experienced Program Manager, Creator Operations to support international Creator Marketing programmes across APAC.

You will take day-to-day ownership of creator-led content programmes, coordinating internal stakeholders, agencies and creators from brief intake through content production, review, approval and final delivery within a fast-paced, cross-market environment.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of professional experience in programme/project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer marketing, content operations, agency management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, review cycles and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors or external partners in an operational capacity.
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, social-media landscape and creator-led content.
• Experience reviewing creator profiles, social content or localized marketing materials against defined criteria.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail, particularly when assessing local relevance, cultural fit and language nuance.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, including experience maintaining trackers, project plans, status reports and delivery schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise and actionable feedback.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in one or more APAC languages.
• Experience collaborating with regional and international stakeholders across different time zones.
• Comfortable working independently with limited day-to-day supervision and taking ownership of operational issues through to resolution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in creator selection, creator-content review, localization review or similar marketing operations will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with creator marketing, short-form social content or digital advertising workflows will be advantageous.
• Experience with workflow tools, creator marketplaces, content-review systems or similar operational platforms will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of creator culture and social-media trends across APAC markets will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day creator-content workflows across APAC, managing timelines, approvals, handoffs, deliverables and outstanding actions.
• Understand requirements and briefs from central teams and translate them into clear operational requirements for agencies and external partners.
• Work closely with agencies to coordinate creator selection, content production, review cycles and final delivery.
• Maintain clear trackers and provide visibility across markets, creator batches, content volumes, deadlines, risks and dependencies.
• Review creator lists and profiles against established selection criteria and provide clear feedback where required.
• Review localized creator briefs and content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and approved guidelines.
• Assess creator content for local relevance, cultural fit, language nuance and overall suitability.
• Coordinate local-language content reviews with internal market experts or external partners where required.
• Provide clear approval, rejection or revision rationale to agencies and stakeholders.
• Act as the operational point of contact for agencies and external partners, coordinating deliverables, turnaround expectations, language coverage and routine issue resolution.
• Partner with Global, regional, Creator Marketing, Brand/CX and local-market teams to ensure priorities, approvals and decisions remain aligned.
• Track project milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and elevate blockers when required.
• Ensure creator programmes remain aligned with agreed objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Improve trackers, templates and workflows to make recurring creator operations more efficient and scalable.
• Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve the efficiency, quality and scalability of programme operations, reporting and execution.
• Capture learnings from recurring programmes and apply them to improve future workflows and processes.
• Manage multiple programmes concurrently while maintaining a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
