Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Program Manager, Creator Operations to support creator-led marketing programs across APAC on a 1-year contract. You will manage day-to-day programs, coordinate with agencies, review creator profiles, and ensure alignment with campaign guidelines.

The role requires 6–7+ years in program or marketing operations, deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem in APAC, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years in program or project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer marketing, content operations, agency management or related fields.
• Experience in creator selection/content review, localization, creator marketplaces, content-review platforms, short‑form social content or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and social media landscape across APAC.
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, review cycles and stakeholders.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors or external partners.
• Strong content judgment with attention to detail when reviewing creator profiles, social content or localized marketing materials.
• Experience with content strategy, social media campaigns or digital advertising workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day creator content programs across APAC, including timelines, approvals, handoffs, deliverables and open issues.
• Coordinate with agencies and external partners to align creator selection, content production, delivery timelines and requirements.
• Review creator profiles, localized briefs and content against defined criteria, providing clear feedback and approval/rejection rationale.
• Assess content for local relevance, cultural fit, language nuances and alignment with campaign guidelines.
• Coordinate local‑language content reviews with internal market teams or external partners.
• Maintain trackers, project plans and status updates covering markets, content volumes, deadlines, risks and deliverables.
• Partner with regional, global, marketing and local‑market stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers.
• Improve workflows, templates and processes to make creator operations more efficient and scalable.
• Leverage AI tools to improve program operations, reporting and execution.
