Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support APAC creator operations across International Marketing and Creator Marketing teams. The role focuses on day-to-day ownership of creator-content workflows, partner coordination, and local-language content review.

The ideal candidate combines program management with strong judgment of creator content, regional market knowledge, and the ability to move work from brief to final handoff efficiently across markets in APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, marketing operations, creator/influencer marketing, content operations, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, deadlines, review cycles, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day creator-content workflows across APAC, managing timelines, approvals, handoffs, and open items.
• Maintain trackers and visibility into markets, creator batches, content volumes, deadlines, and key risks.
