OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Marketing Manager to support its APAC Creator Marketing team on a Singapore-based 12-month fixed-term contract with a focus on Indonesia, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

The role leads creator campaigns, translates strategies into creator-led plans, and manages agencies and partners while defining KPIs, analysing data and leveraging AI to improve planning, reporting and operations across APAC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brand marketing, creator/influencer marketing, social strategy or related field.
• Proficiency in English and business-level Bahasa Indonesia for Indonesia-focused partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Brief, negotiate with Indonesian creators, agencies and local marketing partners, including day-to-day communication and content review in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Develop creator-led marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Translate marketing strategies into creator, influencer and social content plans.
• Lead end-to-end creator marketing campaigns: planning, creator selection, content development, deployment and optimisation.
• Manage agencies, vendors and creator partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Define KPIs and measurement approaches, analyse performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Science, Insights, Media and cross-functional teams regionally and globally.
• Stay current on creator trends, platforms and the creator economy; leverage AI tools to enhance planning, reporting and operations.
