Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a Partnerships Development professional to grow the YouTube creator ecosystem across APAC English-speaking markets. You will manage fast-rising creators, drive product adoptions, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to shape campaigns and creator insights.

The role requires strong communication skills, a track record in creator/community management, and the ability to operate across multiple time zones to support global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with digital/social media, creator/community management, communications, content programming, and creative campaign design/management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fast-rising business generation YouTube creators across various formats primarily across a cluster of APAC english-speaking markets.
• Drive high priority product adoptions for key business priorities such as Shopping, Shorts, Brand Deals, GenAI, etc.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product on trends, campaigns, market feedback and creator insights. Develop scaled communication and engagement plans for various segments of the YouTube creator community.
• Analyze creator feedback and recommend/drive changes to existing products, policies, and processes to increase creator satisfaction, activity, and performance.
• Create scaled communication modules (newsletters, video series) for the Creator Community. Host scaled workshops, events (virtual and otherwise) and peer-peer sessions for Shorts creators.
