Pinterest is seeking a strategist to grow and engage the creator community across India and Southeast Asia, focusing on market-specific programs and campaigns that activate scaled creators in the Pinterest ecosystem. Intro

This role is intended to help grow and engage the creator community by developing market specific programs, campaigns, and communications that to engage and activate scaled creators in the Pinterest ecosystem across India and Southeast Asia

What you’ll do

• Support growth markets in Asia (India and Southeast Asia) to acquire and retain creators in the ecosystem
• Work cross functionally across strategic partner managers, product and other stakeholders to drive programs and campaigns
• Develop plans to engage and activate scaled creators through scaled communication channels like emails, push notifications and other relevant programs
• Conduct A/B testing to understand campaign performance drivers with creators and acquire learnings
• Manage end-to-end organic and branded creation challenges to incentivize creators
• Manage communications calendar across various scaled channels including emails and other in app channels
• Define, track and analyze success metrics for programs to identify actionable learnings for the region

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong experience in managing creators and/or strategic partners in APAC
• Strong in SQL query writing
• Strong in project management & execution, data collection and analysis
• Strong in communication and working cross functionally
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in your day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, a related field or equivalent experience

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we’re not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
• As such, this role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
