Job summary

Heerema Marine Contractors Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a commercially driven Commercial Manager to own the full APAC sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract securing, based in Singapore.

The role requires a hunter mindset, ability to translate client needs into commercial opportunities, and strong English communication. Travel is expected as part of building client relationships and leading bids.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a commercial, technical, financial, legal or related discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in offshore construction.
Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and curious, with the resilience to pursue opportunities, the ambition to win, and the judgement to balance risk and reward.
Strong ability to understand client drivers and balance commercial, technical, legal and compliance requirements.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain market and client knowledge, identify, develop new business opportunities and convert prospects into a strong pipeline.
Position Heerema effectively for selected opportunities and tenders.
Expand and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Build strong internal networks and ensure high-quality team delivery.
