Job summary

Motive Offshore Group is seeking an APAC Commercial Executive to develop, coordinate, and submit technical and commercial proposals across the APAC region. You will support the sales process by preparing tender responses, quotations and commercial documentation, coordinating inputs from business leaders, sales managers and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant proposals.

The role maintains opportunity data in Salesforce, supports commercial reporting and pipeline management, and

Qualifications

• Technical, engineering or commercial experience within offshore, subsea, energy, marine or related industries.
• Experience preparing tenders, bids, quotations or technical proposals.
• Experience supporting sales pipelines, opportunity management and commercial reporting activities.
• Experience coordinating customer tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and submit technical and commercial proposals for the APAC region.
• Coordinate inputs from business leaders, sales managers and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant proposals.
• Maintain opportunity and customer information within Salesforce and other systems.
• Support commercial reporting, pipeline management and bid tracking.
• Coordinate handover packages to project execution teams after contract award.
