Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Regional Commercial Director to drive growth across Asia Pacific (ex-India) for pumps, valves and closures. Based in Singapore, you will lead regional sales strategies for OE and AM channels, ensuring profitable orders, margin targets, and alignment with global plans.

Qualifications

• Degree or master’s in engineering, sales, business administration or similar field.
• Minimum 12 years of commercial and technical experience in selling flow control equipment.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power Generation, Military/Defense or Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes regional commercial strategy to achieve annual orders plan by product line.
• Manages geographically plus channel strategy to drive profitable orders growth.
• Provides accurate forecasts and visibility of commercial activity.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to promote growth and profitability.
