You will lead commercial execution, operational excellence, and talent development across direct sales and distributor channels, ensuring strong customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and a high-performance culture reflecting Teleflex values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience in medical devices/healthcare.
• Proven success leading country level businesses with P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated experience managing direct sales teams and distributor/channel models.
• Experience in cardiovascular or interventional therapies strongly preferred.
• Exposure to complex, regulated healthcare markets within APAC or globally.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for the business within the region/country, delivering against financial objectives.
• Translate regional/global strategies into clear country business plans and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and govern budgets, forecasts, and operating plans.
• Drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and ROI discipline.
• Lead and develop a high performing direct sales organization and distributor models.
• Oversee key contracts and ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
• Identify distributors, lead channel strategy, and governance reviews.
• Partner with APAC and global functions for strategy and execution.
• Build leadership bench and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
