Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Key Account Manager for Asia Pacific to retain and grow DSV business within the assigned account portfolio. You will collaborate with product, operations and commercial teams to ensure high service levels and profitability across accounts.

Responsibilities include leading service delivery to meet KPIs, implementing dashboards, and driving continuous improvement to enhance on-time performance, costs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Strong sales support capabilities and ability to pursue leads.
• Good time management with ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
• Project management experience for initiatives when required.
• Business acumen including financial insight, complexity handling and sound judgment.
• Identify operational issues and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery by meeting/exceeding KPIs for assigned accounts.
• Implement service dashboards to provide visibility of account performance.
• Lead optimization initiatives to improve productivity and service levels.
• Build strong customer partnerships with decision makers and key influencers.
• Identify and work with commercial and product teams to win new opportunities and grow GP.
